We develop nanoscale energy conversion devices that can generate or harvest energy from ambient mechanical vibrations, light sources, thermal energy, etc. Also, biomimetic and synthetic materials such as peptides, bacteriophage, collagen are investigated as novel environment-friendly materials for nanoscale energy generation.
