Sensors & Actuators
We conduct industry-relevant research on micro- and nano-scale sensors and actuators based on soft materials. The field is highly interdisciplinary. We try to utilize novel nanoscale materials to develop devices that can detect specific targets with high selectivity and sensitivity. The materials that we work with comprise nanotubes, nanowires, metal oxides and polymers, to name a few.
